Luxury apartment in the elite area

Good location close to the tram and beach. Supermarket and resturants in the area.

Quite weird you gave to pay extra 10€ per night for air condition without saying it before.

a lot of space and was equipped with everything that was needed. they gave us to use a brand new pan. tho they dis not speak english they did their best to explain to us everything that was needed to get around the house. also we did not read the important section of the booking which states the guarantee we have to give to them (300€) that they would give back at the end. and they were very understanding when we were surprised. also we did not had the full summ of cash and they accepted much less. they were fair and returned it.

the bed was “wobbly” and they knew there were problems with it as they tried to fix it with some blocks of wood (the mattress was “sinking” in the middle so they fixed it by placing that block of wood in the middle of it) so we had to “fix it” when the bed would move. also the pillows. not ok. i don’t know if they should have provided them… but they did not provide any “toiletries”. we had only one toilet paper roll (and two baths), no hand soap. no garbage bags. no dish soap. no shower gel. nothing of sorts. also fyi the street there is very busy in the morning. a lot of noise there. we tried to relax on the beautiful balcony but the noise was really annoying.

Very large apartment. Good price for the quality. Classy, functional furniture and appliances. Great area, plenty shops and restaurants. Close to the beach.

The street was quite noisy. Very few TV channels. The sinks drains very slow.

location OK for local marina, lots of hot water for shower

In my opinion, not suitable for father with daughter (16) and son (17), only had 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (4' wide) in 2nd bedroom, not what you would expect for "2 bed room apartment with sofa bed". Large but very sparse furniture, told not to use the main air conditioner (was 35 degC outside)! Only 1 set of keys, limited cutlery, crockery and glassware. 2 bathrooms but both toilets had very loose toilet seat, 2nd bathroom very narrow.
