I loved the location, in the heart of old town, La Vegueta. The hotel has been carefully created from a historic building. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked. As a solo traveller I also loved the roof terrace with pool and an honesty bar to have a peaceful drink in the evening.
Most of all the staff- everyone who works there was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I go to Las Palmas again
The only reason I did bot give 10 is that, for me I would like to have a kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink.

The rooftop space was so relaxing and pretty with a beautiful view of the cathedral. Our room was lovely, airy and bright, the bed was very comfortable and the shower suitably powerful for someone with long hair! Breakfast was tasty with a choice from both the savoury and sweet menu as part of your included breakfast and tea/coffee and juice.
The hotel was a 5 min walk from the nearest bar/restaurant (although the hotel did have an honesty bar on the roof) and the rest of town a 10 min walk away.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay all the better!
