Perfect cozy stay!

Very comfortable and beautiful home with just the right amount of ambient lighting. Welcoming hosts and everything needed for a week long stay was available. Perfect location, away from the bustle of cities but also close enough to Köln, Euskirchen and Phantasialand!

Home away from home

We had a truly wonderful stay! The cleanliness of the place was absolutely impeccable — everything was spotless and felt so well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little attentions for the kids, which made the experience extra special for the whole family. On top of that, all the necessary amenities were readily available, making our stay completely comfortable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for more and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! We will be definitely coming back whenever we travel to the region again.

an absolutely wonderful accommodation, I felt at home and even more. the host is a person very attentive to details, who made his house available, filled our fridge and gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. Unfortunately, I didn't stay long, but I warmly recommend this location.

Perfect apartment for visiting Phantasialand

A truly excellent apartment. It was very spacious for four adults, with a very well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to self-cater. Alex and Natascha were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome. We stayed two nights either side of a visit to Phantasialand and we wish we'd stayed longer as the apartment was so cosy and warm, even when the weather outside was freezing!

The breakfast was more of a break-feast! Amazing how much effort was put into it! Different types of charcuterie, cheese, cucumbers, radish, fruit salad, coffee, tea, fruit yoghurt, ... too much to sum it all up!

Exceptional

We have stayed here a number of times now as it is fabulous; it is always spotless, and with a personalised greeting sign! It feels so comfortable and welcoming. I only score it as "meeting expectations" because I've been before - otherwise I would say it exceeds expectation.

The only thing that would be an improvement is better lighting in the twin bed bedroom. Wall or ceiling lights or a tall lamp.

Uncomfortable stay due to un-working the heat system

The flat was very nice.

We faced one problem it made our residence uncomfortable at all.. The flat was very cold (our visit was in November) and heat system was not working properly at that day, we got sick all due to that. We informed the team there for this problem but no serious action has been taken and even no following up. Despite the cuteness of the flat but we are sorry to mention to this event, it hide all other positive points..

An absolute gem, close to Bonn and national park. Beautifully finished, extremely welcoming.

You could not wish to stay at a nicer place, everything about it was perfect, right down to the personalised welcome sign. Very well equipped , and lovingly personalised by the owners. The hosts are delightful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this without hesitation definitely would like to stay here again, for longer next time.

Very comfortable and stress free - the hosts were very accommodating and relaxed.

The hosts were very nice and the apartment was clean, well furnished, and very homey when we arrived. They had snacks and some nice drinks in the kitchen for us. The house felt very modern and well maintained.

It was ok for my friends to get there by taxi from Euskirchen but public transit around there seemed a bit difficult (which is not the hosts fault but it was something we had to figure out).

Voll ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Kälte! Wir waren Anfang Januar da, als der erste Schnee fiel. Die Wohnung war kalt, obwohl alle Heizkörper bis Anschlag an waren. Wir haben gefroren und es nur im Lagenlook sowie mit umgeschlagenen Decken umgeschlagen irgendwie ausgehalten.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns empfangen, alles genau erklärt hat und für unsere Fragen sehr offen war. Der Empfang in der Wohnung war sehr herzlich, der Kühlschrank mit allem gefüllt, was man für das erste Ankommen benötigt und noch mehr, weil es auch noch Snacks, Kekse und Obst gab. Wirklich sehr reichhaltig😊 Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen! Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut, vom Wasserkocher bis zum Kaffeevollautomaten ist alles vorhanden. Es ist super sauber und auch Spiele und ein paar Kinderbücher sind vorhanden.

Zur Zeit existiert eine Umleitung durch den Ort, dadurch ist es etwas lauter aufgrund des Verkehrs.

Sehr schöne Übernachtung am Rande von Köln Bonn.

In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden. Alex hat uns sogar Getränke und Milch in den Kühlschrank gelegt, Knabbersachen und Obst war auch da. Kaffeeautomat war auch kostenlos zu benutzen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Alex.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en heeft ons persoonlijk ontvangen. Hij had zelfs een boordje gemakkelijk met welkom familie.... er waren snacks, drank en fruit voor ons. Ook al hebben wij het meeste niet gegeten , vond ik het wel zeer attent.

Appartement grand. Tous l'équipement est présent. Propre. Super accueil. Des fruits, du café, du thé, de l'eau et des jus de fruits vous attendent comme à la maison. A 15-20 mn de Phantasialand. Profitez d aller chercher des légumes ou fruits de saison directement chez le producteur. Situé derrière l'église du village, une vente 24/24 vous attends.

Casa increiblemente bonita

La casa preciosa, no le falta detalle, limpio, comodo, camas y almohadas de 10. El anfitrión super amable, nos recibieron con unos snaks y fruta. Perfecto si vas a Phantasyaland.

Lo unico y seguro que mucha gente no le da importancia, es que la casa se encuentra justo al lado del cementerio del pueblo, desde la ventana que da al salón se pueden ver perfectamente las lapidas. Pero repito es una cuestión mia, a mi personalmente no me hace gracia, Aun así la casa merece la pena 100%

Fantastisch

Prachtig huis, terras en tuintje met BBQ zeer uitgebreide keukenaccessoires, zeer behulpzame gastheer en -vrouw. 2 mooie slaapkamers en ruime living. Precies zoals op de foto's. Phantasialand, Keulen en Bonn zijn goed bereikbaar met de auto voor een daguitstap.

Niks op aan te merken. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Lekker relaxen na een dag Phantasialand

Zeer compleet en brandschoon appartement op korte afstand van Phantasialand. Na een dag in het park kun je hier lekker bijkomen van alle attracties. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en je wordt verrast met wat versnaperingen en koude drankjes in de koelkast.

Comfortabel, sfeervol en ontspannen verblijf

De woning is tot in de puntjes verzorgd; aan alle details is gedacht. Van gezellige kussentjes en een aangename zithoek in de woonkamer tot sfeervolle lampjes en verlichting achter de wandversiering. De keuken is zeer compleet ingericht en voorzien van een eethoek. Gasten worden verrast met een basis assortiment levensmiddelen, vers fruit en chips, water en koeken. De slaapkamers hebben een ontspannen uitstraling en heerlijke bedden. Zelfs de badkamer is gezellig en sfeervol ingericht. Alles in deze lichte woning is heerlijk schoon en fris. De ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk en de eigenaar geeft met plezier tips over de omgeving em biedt hulp aan waar nodig. Een oase van rust, even helemaal weg uit de hektiek van alledag! Jammer dat we na één nacht weer naar huis moesten....!

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Perfekt eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Im Winter ist es in der schönen Wohnung für empfindliche Personen zu kalt. Am Anreisetag haben wir abends etwas gefroren. Tagsüber waren die Heizkörper aus und ließen sich nicht anders regulieren. Das Duschen am Tag der Abreise bei lauwarmen Wasser war nicht angenehm. Fährerweise muss dazu sagen, wir haben den Vermieter wegen dem Weihnachtsfrieden nicht informiert. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett. Dankeschön für das schöne Ambiente.

Der Vermieter ist total freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Viel Platz, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage und nicht weit zum Phantasialand.

Wir waren überwiegend zufrieden - leider nicht in allen Belangen.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, großer Flur, große Wohnküche mit Zugang zum Garten, großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Sofas. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten, Matratzen und Kissen waren unglaublich bequem! Wir haben selten so gute, bequeme Matratzen gehabt und so gut geschlafen. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als vollständig, gut und praktisch ausgerüstet. Als Willkommensgeschenk gibt es diverse notwendige Grundnahrungsmittel. Das war sehr entgegenkommend, da wir erst sehr spät anreisten. Komfortabler Parkplatz strassenseitig vor dem Haus/Garten.

Laut Ausstattung sollte die Wohnung über eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner verfügen. Das war für uns ein wichtiges Entscheidungskriterium bei der Auswahl. Leider sind die Angaben nicht korrekt. Es gibt in der Wohnung weder eine Waschmaschine noch einen Trockner. Der Vermieter hat auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen, Wäsche bei ihm abzugeben und vom Vermieter waschen zu lassen. Das war leider nicht das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir empfehlen, die Angaben in der Beschreibung richtig zu stellen! Sehr schön ist der kleine Garten mit Gartentisch. Leider gibt es keine komplette Privatsphäre, da die Küche des Vermieters mit Gartenzugang direkt neben dem Gartensitzplatz liegt und seitens des Vermieters auch während der Anwesenheit der Gäste Gartenwartungsarbeiten vorgenommen werden. Das entspricht eher einer Wohnsituation mit Familienanschluss, den sich nicht jeder zu jeder Zeit wünscht. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sehr viel Dekor ausgestattet, für unseren Geschmack ist sie jedoch etwas überdekoriert - zu viel des Guten. Die Wohnung und der Garten liegen an einer Hauptstraße, wodurch leider teilweise störender Durchgangslärm entsteht.
