About this house rental
This quaint 16th-century building originally served as a sexton’s residence and village school.
We purchased the house in April 2021 and, in close consultation with the historic preservation authorities, extensively restored, renovated, and modernized it over a period of more than 1.5 years, so that today you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic setting.
5-Bed Holiday Home “Das Dömchen”:
“Das Dömchen” has been completely refurnished and opened to vacationers on 1.12.2022. It is a half-timbered house with luxurious amenities (including a sauna, gas fireplace, bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, kitchen with an induction stove, and wine refrigerator), as well as super-fast internet with download speeds of approximately 100 Mbit/s. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 1 bed). Access is via PIN. Children and dogs are welcome and are protected by the fenced-in courtyard.
On-site fees: Children up to and including age 6 stay with us for free. Dogs are allowed to stay for €9.00 per day. Our special offer for you: “Book 7—Pay for 6”—enjoy a full week’s getaway for the price of 6 nights. Please transfer a security deposit of €150.00 in addition to the booking price after making your reservation. After departure, provided everything is in order, you will receive your deposit back.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
