the staff (especially at the restaurant) were very kind and helpful. very friendly. Food was good, and portion sizes were big.

We were a bit dubious when booking this hotel, due to the low price, but it far exceeded our expectations! Some building work going on at the front meant you walked through the carpark to Reception, which was a bit odd. Noise from construction didn't disturb us at all. The room was fresh, clean with good ac, shower, kettle, tv and comfy bed. Big shout out to the member of staff who looked out for us at breakfast. Don't think they had many Westerners staying, so breakfast was 'interesting!'
If you're looking for a place to stay to do the Crocodile Safari, it's perfect, just a short walk. We actually saw a 5m Crocodile on our boat ride, in the river, opposite the hotel!! 🐊
