É a quarta vez que me hospedo no Studio do seu Eduardo, por tanto posso dizer que é excelente, o Studio é muito bem planejado, organizado, e confortável. Fica próximo de shoppings, mercado, fpróximo a Praça do Japão, ao Hard Rock Café. Da pra ir a pé ao Centro, tem opção de ônibus rápidos, ambiente agradável, e o Bairro é sensacional. É tudo de bom mesmo.

Apartamento perfeitamente adequando a uma curta estada, como no nosso caso, cindo dias. Todo o necessário se encontra no local, valendo bastante a pena o custo-benefício. Coleta seletiva, ambiente e proprietários GLBTQIA+ friendly.
Um choque cultural: não há lixeiras no andar com tubos para o serviço do condomínio receber, como há no RJ. Todavia, nenhum grande problema: basta descer com lixo até garagem.
