Toda a equipe foi extremamente solícita. Muito gentis e atenciosos. O espaço é maravilhoso, supera expectativas, localização excelente!

Excelente localização, ao lado do Shopping Pátio Batel. O prédio fica em um complexo com ótimos restaurantes, como o Île de France e o Doppo, além de um supermercado Festval a poucas quadras. Na Avenida Batel há vários barzinhos, ideal para aproveitar a noite. Boa vaga de garagem e condomínio bem completo. Proprietários atenciosos.
A limpeza deixou a desejar. Acredito que o apto aceite pets, pois coloquei uma camiseta branca pra lavar e saiu cheia de pêlos. Não tem black out na janela da sala. A cama de casal é de tamanho padrão, porém pequena e dura. O sofá-cama também não é confortável.
