The property was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment is good value for money. It had everything you needed and if it didn't the owner was quite happy to get it for you. It is a secure building in a quiet part of town.

There is a winding staircase and it is a bit difficult to carry a large suitcase up to the apartments. Although the bathroom is quite large, the shower is a little small.

The apartment is in the center of Teramo and it is possible to walk to many restaurants, stores, and the weekly market. The balcony is nice because the street is quite which makes it enjoyable to sit out there and relax. The bedroom and kitchen are a pretty good size compared to other accommodations we’ve stayed at, and it is definitely possible to sleep four people comfortably! Claudio was very kind and helpful! I would stay again!

If you have a car, there is free parking close by but it can be difficult to find a free spot especially on weekends so you may have to walk several blocks. There is a parking lot close by that is pay to park from 8a-130p and 4p-730p. I would not let that detract from you deciding to stay because it is not the fault of the property, but just be ready to look around for a free spot or pay until you find one. It’s definitely worth walking a few blocks or just leaving the car parked because the location is great!
