Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, da sehr ruhig, mein Zimmer war sehr modern, ruhig und sauber, das Bett war groß und gemütlich, und ich hatte eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Der Check-in erfolgte digital und war simpel. Sobald man die Karte zum Zugang ins Gebäude über einen Code erhalten hatte, konnte man sich drinnen an einem Terminal anmelden und die Zimmerkarte aktivieren.
das ich nicht länger bleiben konnte da ausgebucht ;)

Die Sauberkeit im Bad hätte besser sein können und leider hat unser Zimmernachbar so laut geschnarcht dass wir echt Einschlafprobleme hatten. Das Personal war super freundlich! Anbindungen mega!Vielen Dank

The room was a really good size and nice and comfortable.
The checkout process was awful. Online checkout asked me to pay but wouldn’t let me checkout. Using the kiosk in reception didn’t work as it said I had to pay - despite having paid and the system seemed to think I’d paid twice. Asking a member of staff if he could help, he pointed me to the phone number for assistance - they spoke barely any English and I speak barely any German. I asked the member of staff if he would help and he told me he wasn’t my slave and maybe he would help if my mood improved!!! I had somewhere to get to and no time to waste trying to get broken systems to work and was clearly getting stressed not wanting to leave if things still needed sorting.
