Wir haben die Wohnung bereits zum dritten Male gebucht und sind jedesmal begeistert. Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen, fussläufig ist die Innenstadt zu erreichen, auch das Rosental und der Leipziger Auwald sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Fazit; Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt demnächst wieder kommen.
In der Nachbarschaft sind gerade umfangreiche Baumaßnahmen, was die Möglichkeit, das Auto zu be- oder entladen erschwerte. Wir haben das Auto dann im 15 Minuten entfernten Parhaus abgestellt.

Sehr geräumig, super Lage, alles im Zentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist ein Traum. Es ist eine richtige Wohnung, komplett eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Alles vorhanden, die Lage ist perfekt, es ist ruhig. Uns gefiel die vorhandene zweite Toilette. Die Küche ist absolut voll ausgestattet mit allen Elektrogeräten.
Parkplatzsituation wie in allen Großstädten etwas beschwerlich. 80 Treppen zur Wohnung ohne Fahrstuhl erfordern Mobilität.
