Szilas Park Motel

Potřebovali jsme najít ubytování na jednu noc a toto vypadalo zajímavě. Umístění v průmyslové zóně je zajímavé, ale nijak to nerušilo. Pokoje i celkové provedení pěkné, čisté.

- náš pokoj neměl fén, ačkoliv je psáno, že bývá součástí koupelny - okno od pokoje bylo z venkovní strany rozbité, takže jsme se při větrání oknem báli, ať nám nespadnou dovnitř střepy.

Proximity to Budapest center. Comfy beds. Free parking. Support online ok, even called us promptly to give feedback regarding a minor issue we had with the entrance.

Everything was ok although we had little bit trouble finding the location in industrial park, not very well marked, there is no on site reception, e-check-in, but all and all it is good value for the money.

It was nice and clean inside. Comfortable bed and a range of channels on the TV. Easy to find room and entry into it.

It was a little hard to find because it is "hidden" behind another building/structure, but there is a sign at the road, so you just have to go in the right road to the side.

The property was fine, the rooms were clean and modern with basic amenities covered. Check in was relatively easy if a little confusing. The rooms felt secure.

There’s no physical reception but the staff aren’t very easy to contact. The call button in the entrance was ignored for some time when we arrived and the response to communication through booking.com was slow. There is also a transfer service to the airport advertised, but no details are given. When I enquired about this the response was “Hello, we can help you” but nothing further, even after I followed up. Luckily Ubers were available and easy to organise but I specifically booked this accommodation thinking transfer services were available. The lack of communication was disconcerting, especially as the property is very remote and only reachable by taxi or private vehicle. Bedding needs replacing, the pillows were very lumpy.
