The property manager was very accommodating with regards to check-in and check-out times, kind, and pleasant. He was also mostly very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is safe. It's convenient to public transportation and offers less tourism and more authentic Greek life, which I enjoyed very much.

When I arrived, the air conditioning units were set at 24C (75.2F), which is a little warm for an air conditioned space. Outside it was 31C or more. I chose to leave the temperature at 24C as it seemed ok. In the middle of the night, I found myself hot and uncomfortable. I got up to change the temperature, and spent quite some time trying to figure out why the temperature was neither decreasing nor increasing. I gave up and went back to bed. The next day, I learned that the property manager locked the thermostat to prevent guests from adjusting it. It would have been nice if he alerted me to the fact so I wouldn't have wasted time in the middle of the night trying to adjust it. Then, I realized that the temperature of the air blowing out of the bedroom air conditioner wasn't cold at all and was higher than that of the living room. I informed the property manager who agreed that the bedroom air conditioner was no longer cooling. He said he would hire someone to repair it. The next night, I slept ok but would have been more comfortable with a functioning air conditioner. No expert ever arrived to repair the unit. On my last night, it was so hot that I tried to sleep on the living room couch which was clearly not intended for sleeping as I could feel the coils pressing against my back, so I returned to the very warm bedroom. I only slept 3 or 4 hours that night, which was unfortunate as I had meetings the next day and needed to be alert. I have never stayed in a rented apartment or hotel which denied its guests the ability to adjust the thermostat according to their particular needs and preferences. Another disadvantage to the property is that you have to open the fuse box and turn on the hot water heater to have a hot shower. If you don't remember to do this, and prefer hot showers, you will be late departing as you have to add the 20 minutes' heating time to your schedule. It's a garden apartment and pretty dark.
