good facilities, clean ( except for some pots)

I didn’t like that the lady kept calling me to ask repetitive questions that were already in the form or indiscrete questions like if I am there for health reasons, acted all friendly and nice but when I complained about the family upstairs playing football as she herself stated in an sms, she vanished at the end, didn’t apologize because she probably thought I would mentioned it and portrayed it her friendliness was an act, not a genuine concern for the guest’s comfort. I feel she acted as a friend to manipulate the rating. I am sure she will come back with a very analytical reply as they have complained above to others, but this shows many homes can’t be run like a business if you don’t have hotel management training, don’t take complains personally but as assistance for becoming better. she asked me to make time to tell her anything wrong and when I did, she not only apologized, she didn’t give at least, a farewell since she kept phoning or sending messages, showing she wanted contact. She also asked that I come half an hour later and said I booked the day before, so what? You are obliged to have the room ready since you show it’s available. She doesn’t need to ask the same questions about how long you will stay, why you will stay etc etc when it’s all already in the form. The noise from the above apartment is a great nuisance, obviously they don’t care as the thought is, people will stay for a short while. I checked prices a month later, still the same, I think this is wrong, rent in accordance to the season. I left the room at 4:30 am, made sure all was clean as I always do and very easy to clean for her next guest whom she stated was a regular client).

The apartment was beautiful, clean, with a large balcony that we would definitely appreciate in the summer. The owner, Chara, gave us clear instructions in advance about picking up and dropping off the keys, and she was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

The floor in the apartment was very cold, so I definitely recommend bringing slippers. It's a shame that the owner didn't write to me that I needed to turn on the boiler before showering to heat the water; I only noticed the note on a piece of paper in the apartment later. Parking in this neighborhood is a nightmare, so I recommend getting here by taxi or public transport. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Suite Home is voortreffelijk, ruim, mooi, en mooi ingericht, en de eigenaaren Chara en Ianis waren bijzonder behulpzaam en beantwoorden erg snel mijn vragen. Ik heb een perfect verblijf gehad.

Niets. Ik vomd perfect.

Bra kontakt med värdar. Ren, och snygt. Alla fasiliteter var toppen. Nära till Tunnelbana till centrum och flygplatsen.
