Great location! All tourist attractions are so close. The apartment is next to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. You can walk everywhere but it is also close to stops of public transportation. The apartment is cosy, clean and big enough for families. The host is so kind and you can contact him for everything.

Very budget-friendly accommodation that offered private and quiet stay right in the center of Zagreb. The location is good, with several shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was reasonably well equipped even for a longer stay. The host, Dino, was very friendly and polite, and communication with him was smooth and uncomplicated, including key pickup and return. Overall, the value for money is excellent considering the equipment and the host’s kindness.
It was not really dirty, but there were a few visible hairs on the bedding. The main issue, however, was the cold. The apartment has no proper heating; only an electric heater was available, which warmed the room very slowly. It was difficult to get the room temperature above 17 °C. This is the only major drawback. Otherwise, the stay was fine, and I believe the rating would be significantly higher in summer.
