Motor House Unirii

I reserved the place 3 times and have been there twice (second time it was for a family member). I stayed in a two-bed room, very nice and clean, with a small bathroom. There was access to a shared kitchen that had all the basic appliances + a washing machine (pretty useful as the outside temperatures were 30+ during the day). The bed was large and comforable, the room had all the necessary furniture + a mini fridge that was equally appreciated. The yard is also pleasant. I will come back if I find the place available anytime.

The only thing that could have been better was the AC unit - either it needs to have the filter changed (or something else) or the heat was so intense that it could not beat it. This could have been bad if we had to stay inside during the day. However, we used the room rather as a dormitory, and during the night time we simply left the window open and the room cooled a little in the early morning.

It's cheap and good. Good for budget travelers etc. Decent beds, air conditioning, fridge in room and clean. Shared kitchen and laundry machine.

Shower didn't have a holder so you had to use one hand to hold the handle while showering. Couple ants in the bathroom. Nothing too crazy.

We really liked how soft the bed was, the shower was pleasant however with no shower holder. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, thank you. The location was perfect for us, really close to the centre.

The room needs some renovation taking into consideration the price per night. The floor was uneven, blocking the bathroom door and making a lot of noise. There was no curtain on the bathroom window. The TV didn’t work unfortunately.

The location was perfect for me. There is a parking lot. Good reception during arrival and after that. I did not see anyone. Upon receipt, I put the keys in the agreed place.

The cleanliness was okay, the furniture was a bit old, the pillows had a smell, I couldn't sleep well
