Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita e ordinata, inoltre la posizione era ottima poichè situata in una zona molto tranquilla di Porto del Carmen ma non lontana dai servizi di cui avevamo bisogno. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio subito di fianco a casa.
Avrei preferito avere un giardino esclusivo, invece dalla strada si può accedere tranquillamente allo spazio esterno della casa.

Localización, parking en la puerta al ser todo zona blanca
Por el precio debería estar mucho mejor cuidado: alcachofa de la ducha y mampara rota desencajada, se salía el agua por todos lados y ducha enana; somier roto y colchón incómodo, se notaban los muelles, dos personas de 50 kilos y no podíamos movernos del ruido que hacía el somier; NO TIENE FRIGORIFICO, me parece un poco vergonzoso que una casa vacacional no tenga un frigo en condiciones y tenga una nevera que no tiene ni congelador; las sartenes quemadas y todo se queda pegado; ya en comentarios de hace años hacen alusión a que no hay cortinas oscuras en la habitación, no hay aire acondicionado. Desde luego no es un apartamento de 8,6 ...
