Location is very good. View amazing. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious, you never forget romantic breakfast and dinner with beautiful view by very kind and friendly staff such a Muhtar and his manager. Lemonade by Muhtar yummy, want to drink one more again. :)
What I don't like in very good condition with very nice staff of Spring Hotel. Only can say thanks and wish the Best them. Maybe, if no advice of kind person like a Muhtar we didn't visit all beautiful places we wanted to see.

It was very well located by the shore, and the West Bank is way more tranquil than the east. It had air conditioning, hot shower, attentive staff and a great manager who helped us organise all our tours!
The fridge was not too cold

Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The apartment was large and spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. They served a good breakfast with excellent fresh juices. View of the Nile and the East side was great from the balcony and terrace. The Nile ferry terminal was right opposite the hotel so it was easy to go back and forth.
They had an issue with the apartment we had booked, so we had to move. Although a bit disruptive, they helped with our bags and made it easier for us. The apartment was spacious but could've been cleaner with some more kitchen and bath amenities.
The area around the apartment did not feel very safe but once inside the property, it felt tucked away.
