The modern 2-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and to the front of the historic building. It is equipped for 3 persons The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The living area is high quality and exclusively furnished with modern seating incl. Sofa bed, TV, radio, hi-fi system, CD player. Somewhat separate from the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher as well as the dining table. A bath / WC with shower completes the apartment. At the back of the farmhouse is the listed park with lawn and seating area. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for common use. The technical equipment includes color TV and radio. The apartment is for non-smokers (smoking outside possible). Pets are not allowed. On the property is the parking space No. 5 available.
Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings.
The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights.
