The house is located on the magnificent beach promenade of Kühlungsborn, just a few meters from the beach, the Kühlungsborner pier and the shopping boulevard away. In 1905, the stylish Villa Laura was built as Waldidyll and lovingly restored after more than 100 years. The typical resort architecture radiates again in old splendor. In the house there is a coin-operated laundry machine and a laundromat for common use. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house with a loggia and a balcony to the north side and a balcony to the west side. It offers for 4 people a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom (separated by a partition from the living area) with single bed and a sofa bed. The living area has a modern fitted kitchen m. Dishwasher, a dining table and a sofa set with sofa set. The modern decor includes color TV. The shower / toilet completes the beautiful apartment. Pets are not allowed, smoking is only allowed outside. The parking space no. 5 is at your disposal. The pitches are double parkers.
