About this apartment rental
The apartment Oase102 on 71sqm is ideal for 2-6 people. The popular Kühlungsborn beach is only approx. 70 m away. The apartment has a furnished terrace in a beautiful south-facing position with its own beach chair. WiFi and parking space are free of charge.
The smoker-free apartment "Oase102" is in the first row in Kühlungsborn. If you want to spend your vacation on the beach, then you've come to the right place. Our comfortable holiday home is only a 2-minute walk from the white sandy beach.
Oase102 is located on the ground floor in the popular, very central apartment complex "Villa Laura Cottage". Here you have barrier-free access to the bathing beach and are located directly at Kurgarten Ost. All of the desired facilities, such as restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. You can stroll here on the 3.5 km long beach promenade. It is only approx. 150 meters to the pier. The Oase102 is located in a quiet rear building location.

Sleep
In bedroom 1 there is a comfortable double bed (180x200), a travel cot, comfortable seating, a large closet for your luggage and a flat-screen TV.
In bedroom 2 you will also find a comfortable double bed (180x200), an inviting seating area with table and two chairs and a spacious wardrobe. From bedroom 2 you can reach the sun terrace.
Live eat
In the living room of the Oase102 you will find a cozy sofa set to linger, flat-screen TV, radio, DVD player and WiFi (in the entire apartment). Here you will also find a large dining table and a sideboard with a games collection. Various tasteful accessories complete the home furnishings. The couch has a comfortable extra bed for a 5th and 6th Person.

Our modern kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and kettle. Crockery and glasses are of course sufficiently available.
Bath / WC
In Oase102 you will find an adequate bathroom with a shower bath and underfloor heating. The toilet is beautifully located in a separate room.
outdoors
The apartment has an approximately 10 square meter terrace (south facing!). Accessible from the living room and bedroom 2. Here you will find comfortable seating and your own beach chair to linger. The ambience is rounded off with a fountain.
Others
Our holiday home has a free parking space (maximum height 155 cm) in the underground garage of "Villa Laura Cottage".
For shared use with other house guests there is a free bicycle storage room, as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed due to consideration towards all guests of our apartment or the entire house.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Baby Ende Februar bewohnt. Außer uns war niemand in den Häusern, dadurch können wir über die Lautstärke nichts sagen. Die sehr kleine Terrasse geht Richtung Wald. Zwischen Wohnung und Wald ist allerdings noch der Parkplatz vom Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Das Wohnzimmer ist recht dunkel was aber natürlich auch an der Jahreszeit gelegen haben könnte. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß, die Schränke haben ausreichend Platz. Allerdings sind die Matratzen ziemlich durch gelegen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und bietet praktisch null Ablage Möglichkeiten. Es gibt nur eine Badewanne keine Dusche. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Toilette seperat, fanden wir sehr gut. Die Küche ist nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Sammelsorium an Gläsern und Geschirr. Kein Nudelsieb! Wir sind mit zwei Autos angereist und weil die Wohnungen alle nicht belegt waren wurde uns angeboten auch das zweite Auto dort zu parken. Das fanden wir sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber bei den Parkmöglickeiten kommt für uns auch das große ABER. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl und sehr viele Treppen. Mit schweren Gepäck ist das eine echte Plackerei. Und zum ein und ausladen muss man in die Tiefgarage weil es sonst keine Haltemöglichkeit gibt außer man bleibt auf der Straße stehen und riskiert ein Knöllchen und hält den gesamten Verkehr auf
