Good location, cute apartment style room

Very good location, very cute apartment style room with a kitchen that is easy to cook on. We loved that the owner had implemented things/art on the wall to make it feel nicer!

Beware that the neighbours are loud (as mentioned by other reviews) but also that they smoke and the smell wafts into the room !! Obviously this is out of hosts control but beware if sensitive. Also, it’s smaller than it looks in pictures. Especially the bed!! About half the size of the photo

Excellent apartment for one person!

Excellent location, for visiting the Tennis in Monaco. Train is a few minutes walk and brings you directly there. Perfect for one person. Comfortable and had everything I needed.

Maybe some more comfortable seating in the lounge space. Only one negative was neighbours noise which is out of the hosts control, but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

Absolutely stylish apartment short walk to beach

Really cool interior, super comfy bed, all one needs, supermarket 2 min away and next to it boulangerie with fresh warm baguette for 1 Euro. One lives like a local there, away from stupid tourism but just a short walk away to the beach as well as fancy Menton. The host was really lovely and helpful. Loved everything about my stay. Will come again ;)

Good choice for a few nights

The aparment is very well planned, we had everything we needed, including the kitchen and all utensils. Although we only stayed one night, we liked the spartment a lot. The beach is 5 min away, there are some stores and restaurants around. There is a path by the coastline leading directly to Monaco, we walked there. If you dont like waking long distances, you can take a train, which is 2 min away from the apartment. The host was very welcoming, he met us at the door, we didn't have to wait at all.

The apartment is quite small, so I am not sure it would be a good choice for a long stay. Also there is no hangers for clothes and I don't think there is a washing machine. I am not sure where to put wet towels and swimsuites when you come back from the beach. Maybe installing a foldable hanger would be a good option🙂

Superb

Nice little cosy , but fine, apartment in center of Roquebrune. 1 Minutes from train-station, 1 Minutes from supermarket, several Restaurant around, at beach in 2 Minutes. Nice, we got a secure permanent parking-place near from the owner. a very good destination to go by train to monaco ( 2 Stop ) or father away. Nice landsscape at coast area, and a 7 Kilometer wonderful walk you are in Monaco. We liked it very.

Good for short stay

The room is provided almost everything you need for a short stay, it is really close to the public transport, restaurants and beaches. It has a smart arrangement with the gallery bedroom.

There is no any cupboard, where you can put your clothes. The flat is above a take away restaurant, and the couriers start their motorbikes right below the window. The mobile AC can't cope with the temperature on the sleeping gallery, so, you need an open window at night. The street sweeping machine is extremely loud at half past 5 in the morning. Btw, the internet connection is unstable.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando la zona. Molto vicino alla fermata del treno, per chi serve. Appartamento ristrutturato bene, ben equipaggio. Propietario disponibile. Ottimo wifi, acqua calda in doccia

Stabile dove è sito appartamento è molto vecchio. Brutto odore proveniente dal bagno, che è molto piccolo Davvero molto piccolo Letto scomodo, soppalco troppo basso

Le propriétaire Florian, est particulièrement serviable et aimable. Propreté du studio. Décoration et aménagement de bon goût. Equipement très complet malgré l'exigüité du studio.

Parties communes de l'immeuble en très mauvais état. Manque de rangement et plafond de la mezzanine trop bas.

Ubicación super cerca de la linea de playa. Edificio un poco viejo pero la habitación está en perfecto estado. todo lo necesario para una corta estadía o incluso de larga duración con todas las comodidades, cocina a inducion, maquina de café con capsulas incluidas. Florian fue muy amable al dejarnos agua fresca en la nevera y una botella de vino blanco para recibirnos.

Seria bueno colocar una cortina en el baño ya que el agua sale de la ducha y moja la parte exterior

Un séjour idéal pour 2-3 nuits !

Le studio duplex était très bien aménagé malgré la petite superficie. Le logement était super bien placé, non loin de la mer et de Menton. Dans cette même rue vous avez de quoi manger, faire des courses etc. Le propriétaire était super accueillant et très gentil. Il y a de quoi se garer dans la rue.

Il y fait très chaud malgré le ventilateur. On ne peut pas se permettre d’étaler ses affaires étant donné que c’est très petit.
