The space was super clean and had the perfect little kitchen setup. The furnishings were modern and stylish. There were restaurant recommendations and hangars for clothes.

As other reviewers noted, there’s an old building/cigarette smell (not extremely strong but noticeable when you walk in). The bathroom door is broken but functional. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was how hot it was (to be fair, it is July in southern France), particularly in the sleeping loft. I picked the place over others because of the AC amenity listed, but the unit maybe needs a chill-recharge or repair as the air was not cool coming out and the space never got below 29C. If you sleep fine in heat, the fan and ginormous windows will work well.

Small, too small; no basic goods like olio d’oliva; no washing machine; no wardrobe or any other place to put clothes on

I booked the apartment last minute and the host answered immediately. The apartment is very well situated. It looked clean and all the necessities were there. In summer even though there is a climate it can get very hot and stuffy.

Unfortunately there were cockroaches in the apartment. I know this is a thing that can happen in the south. The host answered immediately to my pictures and wants to take care of them.
