We had a power failure in our room late in the evening and help came expeditiously to have it fixed. Responses are prompt. There is a hydraulic lift to ease your burden on the heavy luggage. Very clean room and comfortable beds.
Nothing. I give 10 stars for the location, comfort and the helpfulness of the cleaning staff.

No breakfast
Sink is a little bit too small.

The comfortable bed, modern bathroom, elevators (a luxury from all the other accommodations we’ve booked so far in iceland) and easy check-in process. We appreciated the coffee, kettle and mini fridge as well!
The location is pretty boring and not much to do around, so just keep that in mind!

Location was good, room size not bad, parking out front etc.
The layout of the room was poor, the sliding door to the bathroom was a nightmare, the windows had the handles broken off, so wouldn't close, the lift didn't work. The kettle was small but didn't fit in the sink and there was no bin for tra bags etc
