We enjoyed staying in the appartment. It was flexible check-in, the owner was quite relaxed and helpful. We had some issue couple of times but they sorted out promptly. The appartment is very close to old city centre and location is perfect.
There were only hand towels provided, no bath towels. There was no hair dryer which the landlord brought once we asked. There was no hot water for 2 days, we asked landlord to fix it, they promised but didn’t actually fixed it.

The kitchen, dishes and fridge could have been cleaner. Such as the bathroom.
