    One of the best villa stay experiences so far. All staff, including the butler and housekeeping team, provided excellent service. Whenever there were issues, the staff responded quickly and paid great attention to detail. Will definitely come back!

    2 days before check in, hotel contacted me to give instructions & a butler was assigned to us. And a chat group was created in case butler is offline, another colleague will attend to us. Very impressive service as all our requests are attended to promptly. Both butlers Sann & Pang were very attentive & I must say that they made our stay st Te Mata extra memorable. Breakfast served at our own dining table and dinner service too. Cleanliness was tops, even the bbq stove was super clean. I salute the housekeepers.

    Planned a surprise stay for my friend here. They were thoroughly impressed. Photos shown on website are as true as it can be upon our check in. Appreciate the staff’s hospitality too. 11/10 will recommend!

    ประทับใจพนักงานดูแลดีมาก ที่พักสวยงามและใช้อุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อลูกค้าจริงๆ บรรยากาศเป็นธรรมชาติและได้ความเป็นส่วนตัวที่สุด วิวภูเขาอยู่ตรงหน้าเลย ชอบตรงที่ได้แช่อ่างจากุซซี่บนRooftopของบ้านแบบท่ามกลางท้องฟ้าภูเขา ดวงดาว และดวงจันทร์แบบไม่มีอะไรขวางกั้นสายตา มองไปสุดลูกหูลูกตาจริงๆค่ะ ลูกสาวชอบที่มีเตาให้ปิ่งมาร์ชเมลโล่ด้วย ส่วนแมว2ตัวก็มีที่กว้างขวาถึง2ชั้นให้เดินสำรวจและเล่นกัน ส่วนคุณแม่ชอบห้องน้ำที่กว้างขวางแถมมีแอร์ให้ด้วย ประทับใจมากๆอาบน้ำอุ่นก็แรงดีสะใจค่ะ เตียงนอนนุ่มสบายแอร์เย็นฉ่ำ ความสะอาดก็ดีมากๆเลยเหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่ของครอบครัวเล็กๆอย่างเรา3คนพ่อแม่ลูกกับแมว2ตัวมากค่ะ ขอบคุณเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ดูแลดีสุดๆตบอดทริปอย่างรวดเร็วนะคะ
