Location
R 1 had access through main road as well. Twice every morning at 5.30 am some random tourists would knock at our doors asking if there were rooms available. Very irritating

Attitude of staff was good.
The room allotted to us was on a very lower level. Reception is two levels down the ground (accessible with lift) and the room was further two levels down (no lift). In hilly areas this can happen but this fact should be stated on the booking page. It shall be difficult for a person with some health issue. Further the cleanliness of rooms was not up to the mark. Partial payment was being insisted even before our arrival though on the booking page it was stated that payment is to be made at property.
