Casa Campo Bed & Breakfast

Beautiful, peaceful property surrounded by nature. We slept very well listening to the sounds of nature at night. During our stay we saw Puerto Rican parrots (cotorras puertorriqueñas), pitirres, and palomas sabaneras. The beds were very comfortable, and the location offered the privacy and tranquility we were looking for.

The property felt more rustic than expected for a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was available only by pre-order with limited options, and coffee was not available unless purchased separately. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor, the refrigerator was unstable, and the internet connection was very poor. Housekeeping was minimal, with no replacement towels, trash bags, or toilet paper during our stay. Guests should also be aware that the property is not ADA-friendly, with gravel parking and no ramp access to the pool area.

What is there not to like??? Everything is so beautiful and everyone is so nice. Food is unbelievable, best tasting dishes you’ve ever had. Stay here, travel the west side and experience Puerto Rico away from the tourist hot spots. San Sebastián, Aguadilla, Aguada, Crash Boat, you’ll love each one of these places.

Only thing I didn’t like is my trips are never long enough. Once you leave you instantly want to come back.

This Bed and Breakfast is so beautiful. It was a hidden gem. I properly was very clean and serene. The owners were extremely friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact we didn’t book our entire 8 day trip there. Honestly there is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Breakfast options were eggs with toast or pancakes - good but expected more from a B&B. The room was very nice and clean and had a little balcony facing the forest. The location was excellent, very calm but still a short drive away from places of interest.

Unfortunately, the balcony view was interrupted by a pile of debris (I don't know if it was from the property or a neighbor). The longe was completely closed due to renovation, something we think should've been mentioned beforehand, for we felt we paid for a service that was not provided. We were not received upon our arrival, we had to walk hesitantly into the pool area and noticed an envelope with our name attached to one of the doors. I'm fine with no contact check-in but it was not announced anywhere nor did we receive an email or text explaining how check-in and check-out work. It lacked the coziness expected from a B&B.
