About this house rental
This beautiful, spacious town home, located in the quiet and convenient neighborhood of Park Meadows, sleeps up to 10! Centrally located in Park Meadows neighborhood to historic Main Street or to the ski resorts – Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort – for world class skiing, outstanding dining, shopping and nightlife. Perfect for a family reunion or corporate retreat, this gorgeous 4 bedroom with loft has plenty of upgrades all will enjoy.
The main bedroom features a King bed, full private bath, a large walk-in closet, cozy wood burning fireplace, and a large flat screen TV with DVD and stereo; as well as access to the outdoor deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed with advanced notice, and its own private bath. The fourth bedroom is on the upper level and features a king bed, a full bath a flat screen TV and iPod docking station. The comfy loft area has a large flat screen TV with DVD and provides additional sleeping space with a day bed plus trundle, as well as a sofa sleeper. There's a convenient small kitchen area in the loft as well.
Enjoy cooking for family and friends in the new state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The large dining room table has seating for 10, plus there's a breakfast bar seating 4. The large living room features comfortable leather sofas, two lounge chairs, a cozy gas fireplace and two large flat screen TVs with DVD. And there are stunning views of Park City right outside the expansive windows.
Other amenities include free wi-fi, surround sound speaker system throughout house, washer/dryer, garage parking for two cars, and large outdoor deck with BBQ grill. The house was in a great location about 10 minutes from skiing and town. Beautiful house and very spacious.

Our extended family of 8 adults and 2 children stayed over a long weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It is well stocked, clean, and well layed out for a big group. And, the Park City Lodging staff are tremendous -- very friendly, always helpful, and responsive. Thank you! We will be back....
