Lage: Etwas außerhalb, allerdings mit Supermarkt und Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe. Ruhiges Wohnviertel. Bisschen heruntergekommene Nachbargebäude, aber nichts Besorgniserregendes. Einrichtung: Funktional, relativ komplett (für eine Nacht), Dusche und Toilette getrennt. Viele der in früheren Kommentaren erwähnten Probleme wurden mittlerweile behoben. Fenster zur Straße lassen sich kippen, Heizung war aus (August), WLAN geht einwandfrei. Sauberkeit: sauber und aufgeräumt.
Check-In: Das Prozedere zur Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas umständlich, hat aber letztenendes funktioniert. Mangelnde Erreichbarkeit: E-Mails wurden teilweise gar nicht, teils erst nach über 24 Stunden beantwortet. Die in der Nachricht des Gastgebers angegebene Rufnummer ist nicht vergeben.

Gefallen hat uns, dass Dusche und Toilette getrennte Räume sind.
Die Ausstattung. Selbst für die Bestecke gab es keinen Besteckkasten. Diese lagen lose im Schrank. Die Heizungen müssten mal entlüftet werden. Die Matratzen in den Betten könnten höher sein, denn die Bettkante ist höher als die Matratzen.
