Location is simply perfect, in the very center, downtown, just one block from main Titova Street, but in a very calm zone. Large windows, a lot of light and sun, partial view also towards surrounding hills, green trees just in front. Beautiful building from 1939, perfect example of late Bosnian Bauhaus, non perfectly maintained in the common parts, but with a lot of charm. Fantastic original stairs in terazzo, large and low, perfect for walking, you do not even feel when you arrive to the third floor without elevator. Minimalist furniture, but you simply have everything you normally need, without any not necessary equipment. Ideal for solo traveler or couple. We were with two girls 10 and 11, used to travelling, and it was simply enough. Great value for the price we paid, we felt really welcome and fully satisfied. Host Marina and Sasha are very kind, urban people, available, clear with their instructions, but they are not invasive and they do not insist on anything.

There are very few parking places and one has to arrange for its own car, it is highly not probable that you can park in front of the building. There is policeman in front and if you kindly ask, he would let you park for a short period to pack and unpack, but then you have to move your car. Marina and Sasha can help to find a paid parking somewhere near. Unless you go for a longer ride, being so centrally located, you basically do not need your car.
