Good location full of traditional houses, warm owner, excellent breakfast full of local products.

Not possible to meet with friends without disturbing other guests. I do not mention any party, just evening talk and playing cards.

Lovely stay with wonderful host in a modern but authentic hotel with good access to the slopes.

Friendly, modern and comfortable. A really lovely mix of homely, rustic and authentic feeling but also modern and comfortable. Loved eating breakfast watching the cows, who were in the next room and visible though glass! Lifts easily accessible via a short walk or ski bus. Tip - if you’re looking to hire equipment get a place near the guest house as we booked through Skiset and the hire place was totally the other end of town, which was a faff when we first arrived!

Maybe a kettle in the room? Very British thing to want I think! But after a hard day on the slopes I always fancied a tea / coffee in the room. I think we were welcome to use facilities in the breakfast room though, I was just laze after a day in the mountains!

Very good breakfast. Good location in Mayrhofen. 10 minutes by foot of centre. I appreciate also a lot the hospitality of the host. Defintely a good place to be, taking in consideration that the accomodation costs are more than reasonable for a place like Mayrhofen.

Location just a short walk to the centre, ski bus stop very nearby, modern and comfortable room, shower was perfect, nice view from my balcony. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay.

I missed having a kettle to make a nice cup of tea in the room.

Tolle Unterkunft, welche ich bei Besuch des Zillertals jederzeit wieder aufsuchen würde

Es handelt sich um einen familiengeführten Betrieb, was ich, im Gegensatz zu anderen, auf Massentourismus ausgelegten Unterkünften im Zillertal, als sehr angenehm empfand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben wertvolle Tipps für Skigebiete und Aktivitäten im Zillertal. Man kann auf dem Hof regionale Produkte, teils aus eigener Herstellung, kaufen. Diese gab es auch beim Frühstück, welches üppig, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker ausfiel. Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber schön und sauber. Alles funktionierte.

Die folgenden Punkte führten bei mir nicht zu Abzügen, sondern fallen eher in die Kategorie "gut zu wissen". Die Unterkunft ist eher außerhalb gelegen, was 10-15 min Gehzeit bis zum Zentrum bedeutet - im Sommer mit Sicherheit kein Problem, im Winter mit Skiausrüstung vielleicht schon. Es fährt allerdings ein Skibus in unmittelbarer Nähe; nachfragen lohnt sich. In meinem Zimmer konnte man den Kuhstall nachts deutlich hören, was mich persönlich nicht am Schlafen hinderte oder störte, für geräuschempfindliche Personen aber relevant sein könnte. Ob es in anderen Unterkünften in Apres-Ski-Nähe nachts ruhiger ist, sei mal dahingestellt.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, so dass die Penkenbahn fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft ist modern, gut ausgestattet , gemütlich und sehr sauber. Von der Begrüßung an fühlt man sich einfach nur wohl und gut aufgehoben, der Umgang miteinander ist sehr herzlich und familiär. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet, die Auswahl ist gut und vielfältig. Insgesamt ein für uns perfekter Aufenthalt.
