Spacious cottage surrounded by nature

Spacious cottage surrounded by beautiful nature, but still conveniently close to the airport and highway. Friendly host. Easily accessible by car, free parking.

A sink in the bathroom and a window blind in the shower would be convenient.

Perfect holidays

Tanja is a wonderful host. Welcomes you with abig smile and is doing everything she can to make the stay as perfect as possible. Then there’s the charming little house on the banks of the Does nested in the Dutch countryside. Surrounded by cows and sheep. Amsterdam, Delft, Gouda and the beaches are barely 30 minutes away. It takes 10 minutes to Leiden. Cheese farm just around the corner. Ducks, birds, geese, herons around the property. Tanja’s dog and cat are so lovely and fun to play with. It was love at first sight when booking the property. The love keeps growing daily.

We should already have stayed here many years ago…

I can recommend it, if you like nature and want to calm down. Car is recommended

The location is surrounded by water what makes it a great place to calm down. I had split my stay, first sharing with a friend, second having my son over. The apartment is only one big room, but spacious enough and Tanja was easy approachable to help with all that was needed. As the WiFi did not work, she gave us a smartphone and a hotspot. So we could access Internet. As it is March and it was pretty cold, the Fireplace was a good place to sit. Sleeping on the sofa is very comfortable.

Nous avons passés une semaine vraiment agréable dans une maison pleine de charme. Rien de superflu, juste l’essentiel pour profiter pleinement de l’instant présent. La cheminée à été notre alliée pour réchauffer nos douces soirées, créant une ambiance conviviale. La vue sur le Does apporte une touche paisible et apaisante, avec nos amis les grenouilles et canards dans le jardin sans oublier Sky !!! Une parenthèse simple et authentique comme on aime, parfaite pour déconnecter et savourer les petits bonheurs du quotidien. Merci beaucoup !

Super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefült. Genialer Ausgangspunkt für Touren aller Art.

Es liegt ländlich ca 7 km entfernt von Leidens Zentrum, genial für Leute mit Fahrrad, Auto geht auch, am besten beides. Direkt an einem Kanal, viel Naturbeobachtung, Fischreiher und Blesshühner vor der Nase. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos und E-Bikes. Jederzeit wieder.

Nicht gefallen haben uns nur Nebensachen. Ja, wie andere schreiben, es gibt nur ein Waschbecken und das ist die Küchenspüle. Die Dusche funktioniert perfekt. Wer ein Badezimmerwaschbecken braucht kann halt nicht die Fischreiher beobachten. Die Treppe zum Doppelbett im Dachgebälk ist steil, dafür ist es sehr romantisch, man muss noch ein Bisschen fit sein. Man kann auch ein Bett im Erdgeschoss herrichten lassen.

Perfekte Erholung in einem wunderschönen Cottage am Wasser!

Das wunderschöne Cottage liegt direkt am Wasser. Es ist modern und absolut gemütlich eingerichtet. Für eine Familie - wir waren zu dritt - ist wirklich gut Platz. Mal abgesehen von dem schönen Haus ist vor allem auch die Lage traumhaft! Man ist nah an allem dran, zB den Städten Leiden, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Den Haag und auch in der Nähe des herrlichen Nordseestrandes (25 min mit dem Auto), und trotzdem ist man inmitten der Natur. Wir haben es geliebt, draußen zu sitzen, die vorbeikommenden Boote auf der Gracht zu beobachten und den zahlreichen Vögeln auf dem Wasser und in der Luft zu lauschen. Ein wunderbares Plätzchen, welches wir wärmstens empfehlen können!

świetna lokalizacja

Właścicielka Tanja bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Domek jest świetnie położony, nad wodą i z widokiem na 2 wiatraki. Do pobliskiego centrum jest dość blisko jeśli poruszamy się autem. Dodatkowo jest 40 min autem zarówno do Amsterdamu jak i do Rotterdamu. Więc lokalizacja domku jest świetna. Dla niektórych osób problemem może być brak umywalki i sypialnia na piętrze do której prowadzą schody w postaci solidnej drabiny. Ale to też ma swój urok więc nam to nie przeszkadzało. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i pozdrawiamy Tanja.

Gut gelegenes Häuschen zum Entdecken der historischen holländischen Städte.

Das Häuschen ist ruhig gelegen direkt an einer Gracht. Von dort kann man sehr gut die umliegenden Städte Leiden, Den Haag, Delft und Amsterdam (Tipp: von einem stadtnahen kostenfreien P+R-Parkplatz kann man sehr gut mit der Bahn zum Bahnhof Amstderdam Centraal fahren) erreichen und erkunden. Die freundliche Vermieterin hilft zudem mit Tipps weiter.

Überraschend ist lediglich, dass es zwar eine Dusche und eine (separate) Toilette gibt, aber kein Waschbecken. Für ein paar Tage ist das aber auch kein Problem.
