L'emplacement, le calme du logement et l'entrée autonome.
L'emplacement de stationnement qui en fait est dans la rue.

Luca est un hôte très sympathique et accueillant. Tout était conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment délicieux et homemade avec des ingrédients de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés tout en conversant très chaleureusement avec Luca. Nous reviendrons certainement et avons déjà partagé la bonne adresse avec nos connaissances. Merci!
