Great location - for cricket, castle and sights. Parking at Nuns accessible from rear of property and ample spaces available. Well lit overnight and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great and cooked to order with continental choices available. Room was comfortable with shower en-suite.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Small B & B, David was very helpful telling us what was available in the town for an evening out. The car park at the back is perfect and the property can be accessed directly from the car park. If you go directly to Nun’s close car park you can then access the property via the back door, there is a bell to ring. £6.50 for 24 hours parking. Beautiful little town, plenty of bars and restaurants with a lovely walk around the castle and down to the River Swale, stunning views. Lovely rain shower but take a shower cap if you do not want to get your hair wet. Breakfast was nice and you choose time you’d like to eat and what you’d like the night before.
