Nice location, even if a bit outdated, but safe and comfortable.

Great location. We were up top and there were tiny small (a bit weird) patios that we were able to open up for some fresh air, although they were limited views of mostly the sky. Kitchen had the basics, the tea was nice. Bottled water would have been appreciated. Easy walking to historic center. We got lucky with parking. There was a garage that you could pay for. Beds were on the harder side but still comfortable. Overall happy with our stay there.

The shutters didn't have a locking mechanism to stay open, so they banged against the window with the wind. Beds were nice but it was an odd layout with two twin beds in the common room space.

- great location (close to centre and near the apartments is park with children playground) - beautiful view from room - well equipped and clean - comfortable beds - nice and helpful staff - fitness equipment

- older kitchen equipment - we didn’t figure out how to turn off the air condition in living room

Excellent hotel for visiting Soave and its surroundings

Excellent hotel situated in the front of ancient walls. Hotel and our apartment were very comfortable. Apartment was spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom was also spacious with lots of towels. Apartment had a few small balconies with views of castle. Staff is always polite and welcoming. Breakfast is really delicious with diverse food offer. There is underground garage. Hotel offers excellent value for your money.

I would appreciate a better shower.

Poop

Most if the reception staff were surly. We handed in a non functioning kettle on our first morning. Not o y did they not replace it that morning, when we returned in the evening the same receptionist said he’d been ‘too busy’ to follow it up! The staff were also ‘too busy’ to service our room They did not inform us that our room would overlook the weekend festival with loud music until midnight.

Very good and the addition of a microwave would make it excellent

Very nice location just outside the walled town of Soave. Hotel reception was very pleasant on arrival and all the staff during the stay were excellent and very helpful. Underground garage parking was a tight fit but very useful and secure.

The apartment itself was nice but as I was staying for a full week I would have appreciated the apartment having a microwave as the only option for cooking was the stove top, think this would add real value to the apartments. The air conditioning was okay but seemed a bit undersized for the size of the room and tended to struggle a little on very hot days.

Posizione , pulizia, appartamento oltre le aspettative . Gentilezza . Qualità - prezzo ottima . Peccato aver prenotato solo per una notte e arrivati tardi la sera . Torneremo sicuramente qui per visitare la zona .
