Chalet Tropical / Beach Border - 2 suites

La casa es muy amplia con tres dormitorios y tres baños (dos en suite) super amplios. Eramos dos familias con dos hijos cada una y nos sentimos super comodos y con privacidad (cada cuarto principal esta bien separado uno de otro.) La brisa constante que corre es impagable... estar en una reposera a la tardecita noche o tambien dentro de la casa es super relajante. Tiene camas paraguayas, reposeras/cadeiras y sombrilla. Tiene limpieza diaria y la señora se encarga de hacer el desayuno a gusto del huesped. La cocina es super amplia con un cuarto aparte lleno de utencillos de cocina. Tiene parrilla portatil y lavarropas. Nos sentimos muy confortables y la casa muy espaciosa y que este sobre la playa es un plus de comodidad. Las sabanas y toallas que ofrecen son de excelente calidad. También nos dieron toallas para la playa. La dueña tiene una casa pegada a esta que es de su propiedad por lo cual es una buena idea para ir con varios matrimonios. La recomiendo altamente.

Fuimos recibidos muy atte. La dueña se ocupó de ayudarnos con el traslado hasta la casa, lo que nos facilito enormemente la llegada. Siempre en contacto con nosotros y dispuesta a colaborar. La casa es amplia, cómoda, provista de todos los utensilio de cocina que puedas necesitar. Se encuentra sobre el mar y a pocas cuadras del centro y del proyecto tamar. También tiene un super muy cerca. La asistencia de nenzinha, quien colaboraba con la limpieza y el desayuno fue fundamental para colaborar con nuestras vacaciones y le agradecemos enormemente. La casa es muy fresca aunque no le vendría mal aire acondicionado en los dormitorios.

Everything about making the reservation was easy and uncomplicated. Tania is very nice, she responds quickly and provides all the info and assistance needed. We already felt good about the house before even getting there. Our group was 4 people from Switzerland who never rented a house in Brazil. We did not really know what to expect. The house is just perfect. It is right on the beach, and in my opinion, at the best section of the beach in all of Praia do Forte. There is a little fence made up of palmtrees that separates the garden from the beach, so you still have your privacy. The interior looks like it could be out of a magazine for interior design. Everything is thought through. It is very spacious, having room for much more people than we were. The kitchen provides everything you need, there are two refrigaretors, an oven, and in generall all the gadgets you need. Airconditioning is not needed, but just in case there are ventilators in each bedroom. The house is exactly like the pictures look like, only in reality it is so much more impressive. Upon arrival we were greeted by Patty and Vitor who showed us the house. They gave us tipps and were always reachable in case we needed anything or had a question. The good spirit around the house is Nencinha (don't know if spelled correct). She is the housekeeper who does everything. She was always happy to give us infos and even exchanging household tipps with each other. And this without any of us speaking one word of Portuguese :) seldom we used the help of the google transaltor, we always understood was was meant. Ademir does everything around the garden, which he does with great care. Having a housekeeper around was a bit unusual for us ( not so common in Switzerland) at the beginning, but they are both very discreet but still there if you needed them. You always feel taken care of before and during your stay. Language was never an issue. The town itself is reachable by a 7 minute walk. It is a very nice town with many retaurants, bars and Shops. We definately recommend the chalet tropical and we will hopefully find the time to return there. We want to say big obrigado to Tania.
