About this house rental
325 m2 beach house, in a gated community, fully furnished, with 5 bedrooms, 3 suites, 3 large balconies, very large living room, kitchen, laundry area, toilet, 5 bathrooms, pool, deposit, outdoor area with barbecue, wood burning stove, cable TV, two tables for 6 people each, garage, electric water heater. Comfortably sleeps 12 people. We provide maid for cleaning services during the rental period and internet with WiFi in the house. All IPTU, Condominium, energy and water fees are already included in the daily rate.

This house is simply amazing. I had the pleasure of staying there with my best friends on vacation, and it was the best vacation we have ever had. The house is absolutely stunning, decorations to the top, the lady that works there is absolutely amazing, and makes sure that the guests are well treated, and have absolutely everything they need. She is constantly there 24 hours a day for your service. The place is very close to the beach, there are things to do around the area, there's also supermarket if you need to get some last minute things. I had the pleasure of meeting Ivete Sangalo while there, which made it that much more exciting, as she is a legend in Brazil, and apparently is frequently around as she has a house nearby, so hopefully I see her again next time I go!!! My friends and I will definitely be coming back, talk about luxury, topline service, and everything you need for an amazing relaxing vacation. It was exactly what we needed from our busy schedules!! Thank you so much for the hospitality! I 100% recommend this place!!
