Comfortable apartment in the heart of the city

Clean and comfortable, and a wonderful location. The bathroom was excellent with a good shower and plenty of hot water. There is no sitting area, but we were out sight seeing all the time so it didn't matter. The owner and staff were very helpful and quick to respond and it was fabulous to be able to leave our bags after check out. I would absolutely stay here again.

We would return.

It was quite comfy. 2 bedrooms with one bath in the hall. The hardest part was finding the building. It faces the Zocalo and we couldn’t access it. The address given is actually on an adjacent street. It would have helped us to know to go to the Subway restaurant on the zocalo. We struggled unpacking our luggage on the side street. Parking was included in a parking garage one block away. Our host and staff were very accommodating and we had a wonderful visit in Puebla.

Instructions to find the place. Only one set of keys to main entry and the unit. We were 3 people so an additional set of keys would have helped.

It was hard to find as no signs were available Parking was not on the property and had to pay extra for it but at a lower rate as the owner has some kind of deal with a garage that is two blocks away

La limpieza del lugar. Así como la ubicación. La atención del personal es excelente, los chicos son muy atentos y serviciales... Hay un bar y un restaurante, y eso me pareció excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento.

Excelente ubicación tranquilo.

El personal que nos recibió fue muy amable y cuenta con lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. No sé escucha nada del ruido de la calle y tiene muy buena ubicación. Además de estar muy limpio.

Apartamento adecuado para 1 o 2 noches.

El tamaño del apartamento muy bien hasta para 4 personas, y la ubicación enfrente del zócalo, muy práctica. No tiene estacionamiento propio, pero tienen convenio con una pensión muy cerca, y su uso es sencillo.

- La ventana de una de las habitaciones daba a una pequeña terraza interior a la que parece que cualquiera en el edificio tenía acceso. Un grupito de personas llegó a sentarse ahí desde las 9:30pm y estuvieron platicando y riendo hasta que se retiraron poco despues de la 1am, lo cual fue incomodo y no nos permitió descansar sino hasta que se fueron. Pienso que deberían restringir el acceso a la terraza por las noches, o cuando este apartamento está ocupado. - La limpieza también me parece que podría ser mejor. - Problemas de drenaje en la regadera.

Bonita estancia en Puebla

Muy conveniente y excelente ubicación. Aunque está en el zócalo, el depa se queda dentro del edificio y el ruido no te alcanza. Tranquilo y bonito. Le comunicación fue muy amable, rápida y de mucha ayuda. ¡Gracias por una estancia muy bonita en Puebla!

Excelente ubicación. Silencioso y tranquilo, pese a estar junto a la plaza principal. Todo lindo y limpio.

El estacionamiento nos costó 400 Mx por 20 horas.

La ubicación es excelente, la comunicación con el dueño fue clara, amable y precisa siempre. Todo el departamento está en buen estado y cómodo para descansar.

La ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable y atento a nosotros. El lugar muy silencioso pese a que estaba cerca dem zócalo. Las camas muy cómodas.

Solo recomendaría cambiar el tipo de mesa en la cocina, tuve que trabajar ahí y es complicado con esas sillas altas.

Una excelente ubicación! Mero zócalo de Puebla! Pero el apartamento se queda dentro del edificio entonces el ruido de la calle no molesta. Un buen contacto con el dueño Carlos. Responde muy rápido y siempre con ganas de ayudar. Recomiendo mucho esta localización!!
