At least there was a decent loo!
For Mexico it’s well equipped apartment. Good toilet and shower with loo paper and towels provided (this is unusual for most of Mexico). You gain access by ringing a bell for the receptionist. They occasionally took a while (particularly if we came back late at night) but were usually friendly.
The apartment was very cold at night, no heating and not enough bedding (they were unable to give us an extra duvet and instead brought a very unhealthy looking polyester throw). It took them 2 attempts to fix the boiler to give us hot water. The kitchen was not very well equipped. The pans are cheap non stick ones which, as we were leaving, they asked us to replace because we’d apparently scratched them - you couldn’t really use them without scratching them! We didn’t pay because I threatened to sue them for us having to eat carcinogenic non stick material in our food! We checked out a day early and they tried to charge us for it! It was a shame this was our last experience of them (it seems typical in Mexico to try to scam you for every little thing they think they can get away with!) as we would have used them again as we have to travel to Mexico a lot.

Intimidating staff, bad treatment, old and dated
There is a rooftop seating area with spectaular views and a good supermarket nearby.
Where to sadly start. First off, I am a seasoned female solo traveller, and I found some instances intimidating with the staff. The apartment was not the cleanest and it needs a refresh. Dogs barking constantly, people in the corridor at night and an alarm in the corridor going off at all times of the day and night disturbing me. I reported it but it didn't stop. Laundry was a nightmare. Then when i was checking out they wanted to charge me for a stain on an old towel that had clearly there for a long time which i don't think was mine anyway. Shocking stay.

Where is the bath?
It was a clean and nice room. The youngs staff were nice. Safe to park.
The add says there is a bath and I m still looking for it. Maybe it was a translation issue But.. The manager was rude and unprofessionnal when I ask about the bath, and says "why do you care about a bath" when me and my partner choose this place just for the bath ahah so yes I do care... She didnnt feel sorry about and just laugh. Lady, you r working there, please be educated, don t laugh at your costumer.

Comfortable and safe stay with good facilities.
The facilities are modern and clean and I think some of the best that you can get in the area. The beds are comfortable, and they will provide you with anything you need for the kitchen if you ask. The place is super safe; there is a 24hr guard and the facilities are in a gated community. I cannot compliment the staff enough. They are very attentive and helpful no matter your needs.
There were some quirks that we needed to adjust to, but once you do the stay meets all expectations, and the hosts are very kind and help you sort everything out. We had some issues with the wifi, which they addressed. The washers and dryers were not working, but there is a laundry self service near the apartment. The biggest discomfort is that there are no fans or air conditioning in the rooms, which is common in the area, but depending on the month that you come in that may be uncomfortable! Finally, the gym could be upgraded with some more equipment or weights. None of these issues are major – we will certainly stay here again next time we come.
