Great value and excellent location

On-street parking was a breeze, and the hotel's excellent location allowed us to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Although sparsely furnished, our room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. All in all, a great value.

Happy to stay again

Comfortable room, first class staff, great pizza house and lovely bar within 150 m of the front door,didn’t experience any issues or noise during the night,more than ample breakfast

On arrival parking in front of the hotel seemed a little vulnerable for motorcycles,but there Is cc tv and 24 hour reception staff so all in all no problem

Very good place for spent time arround Albanian mountain

Very good location near center of the city. Only 40 kilometers to Ochrida Lake. Very friendly Staff. Very good and taste breakfast.

I do not know how this place recieved 4 stars, it does not deserve even 2.....

The receptionist was very helpful, the hotel is conviniently located, good internet connection.

Our room had mold in the bathroom, and no hot water. Faucet was rusted. Had to change rooms. The new room had issues with the airconditioning. Breakfast was poor and cold, no coffee or tea in breakfast. We reserved a parking spot and did not recieve one, had to park in a back - darl alley. Room photos do not resemble the actual appearance. No phone in room, no Fan, no chair at desk, no shower curtain and more.....

Considering the price, you will get a good accomodation. The location is in a more modern part of Korçe and there is a big supermarket nearby. Nor far from the city centre as well.

Well the heating works weirdly. It turns on and off and sometimes it does not turn on. The same goes for the shower. I got one warm (not hot) shower out of three I had in total. The rest was straight cold. Also flushing down the toilette can be a challenge, so plan your flushing first 😀 The hotel has seen better times but for a night or two is ok. Do not expect much from the breakfast.

Cheap and clean with parking close to center

All you need: spotless, elevator, parking in front of the hotel. Spacious bathroom, good bed. Close to center in a cool neighborhood with a very good restaurant The Frogs, authentic Albanian food.

Excellent hotel

Simple but very clean rooms with very good bathroom. Toiletries supplied. Very good WiFi. Friendly staff. Very good location half way between bus station (Korca actually has a PROPER bus station) and town. There is a bar downstairs and everything you need you can find within a few 100m. Right across the street is a bar that serves snacks, little further is a supermarket and an excellent cheap restaurant. Korca is a very untouristy town and prices are low. Definitely worth seeing.

It was nothing I didn't like, but on booking.com it says check in from 12.00 to 17.00. I think you can check in later as it was staff in the reception until late every day. Correcting it might draw more customers as it's not for sure you will get here by 5pm. I was in doubt myself but decided to take the chance.

Non merita assolutamente 4 stelle

Posizione centrale Korcë

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa, ben lontana da una struttura valutata 4 stelle. Avevamo prenotato una camera deluxe e una camera doppia con letti singoli. Le condizioni erano pessime: tende non oscuranti (il sole entra all’alba), frigorifero sporco, armadio senza grucce, porta rovinata, aria condizionata non funzionante e bagno in condizioni scadenti. Le ciabatte fornite erano persino di misure diverse (45–46)(In allegato alcune foto )Anche le camere “deluxe”, che dovrebbero garantire un livello superiore, erano nelle stesse condizioni. Per il guasto dell’aria condizionata nella camera doppia ci è stato proposto un cambio in un’altra camera deluxe, presentato come soluzione al disagio. Tuttavia, al momento del check-out ci è stato fatto pagare un sovrapprezzo per il cambio, nonostante fosse stato offerto dall’hotel come rimedio al problema. Questo comportamento è stato molto scorretto e poco trasparente. La colazione è stata altrettanto deludente: latte freddo nella brocca, solo anguria come frutta, pane duro e non fresco, formaggio ,uova sode , salsiccia affumicata e succhi confezionati (Bravo). Nessun dolce,cereali ,cornetti o torte fresche. L’arredamento è vecchio e mal tenuto, e in bagno, ogni volta che si fa la doccia, si allaga tutto. Unica nota positiva: la posizione è centrale ,ma purtroppo non può rimediare i problemi strutturali e gestionali così gravi della struttura,per essere un 4 stelle . Un hotel che non merita assolutamente 4 stelle , per la mia esperienza personale , non lo consiglierei.

La nuit est pas cher

Literie pas très confortable, éloignée du centre, quartier pas très agréable, rideau pas du tout occultant et lustre allumé toute la nuit même en ayant éteint toutes les lumières. Petit déjeuner pas du tout variété (tant niveau nourriture que la vaisselle)

Hotel op een goede loopafstand van oude centrum en bezienswaardigheden.

Nog geen 5 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum. Mooie parken in de buurt. Eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijtbuffet en prima koffie. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

L’emplacement est bien situé, lits confortables et chambres propres. Personnel accueillant.

Chambre 303 : Pas de pare-douche, pas ou peu d’eau chaude et fuite d’eau sous le bac à douche, pas de tablette pour poser les affaires auprès du lavabo, pas de chaise dans la chambre, climatisation peu efficace. Chambre 206 : lustre qui reste légèrement allumé la nuit. Rideaux non occultants. Petit-déjeuner très moyen (café froid, peu de choix à manger)

Tutto! Personale gentile e disponibili, camere pulite e ordinate, colazione a buffet buona e di qualità. Complimenti per tutto, la mia tappa fissa ogni anno. ^-^

Bon rapport qualité/prix mais il fait chaud

Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit buffet pour déjeuner est bien complet. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à quelques minutes du centre-ville et des restaurants.

La climatisation de la chambre était défectueuse. Elle poussait à peine de l'air frais dans la chambre, ce qui fait en sorte qu'il faisait chaud dans la chambre (entre 28 et 30). Les portes coulissantes de la douche laissaient à désirer, car elles coulissaient mal. La décoration en générale, mais il s'agit tout de même d'un hotel peu cher alors ça va.

L'accueil et la réactivité du personnel pour améliorer mes conditions d'hébergement. Rupture d un flexible de douche et absence de décodeur tv dans une chambre. Situation géographique de l'hôtel par rapport aux lieux d intérêts. Vraiment juste à côté du centre ville à pied.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec la climatisation défectueuse qui n'a pu être réparée durant notre séjour. Deux nuits.

Zimmer war sehr groß. Nah am Zentrum.

1. Klima hat Nachts nicht funktioniert (oder wurde abgeschalten?), gekühlt hat sie nicht wirklich. 2.Frühstück: Kaffee eiskalt, vermutlich vom vor Tag, süße Teilchen ebenfalls schon etwas älter, an den Plastik Bechern fanden wir zwei tote Fliegen. Wir haben kurz in die Küche sehen die sehr unhygienisch aussah. 3. Generell ist das Gebäude Renovierungs bedürftig. Rein optisch war unser Zimmer noch das positive Highlight . Treppenhaus und Flur sahen schon recht herunter gekommen aus.

Très bonne situation géographique, tout se fait à pied ! Parking public mais sans difficulté pour trouver une place. Chambre très spacieuse avec une vraie cabine de douche (rare en Albanie, la douche et les toilettes sont en général côte à côte sans séparation.....). Etage accessible par ascenseur.

Le petit déjeuner est le plus sommaire de tout notre séjour mais suffisant. Les boissons chaudes ne sont pas en libre service, il faut les demander.

L'emplacement

Le petit déjeuner le plus horrible du voyage pas de petite cuillère nous avons dû demander deux tasses et on nous a apporté une tasse ébréchée pas d'eau bouillante pas de thé pas de sucre bref ne rien proposer serait préférable. Les produits proposés ne sont pas à la hauteur. Et pas de bouilloire dans la chambre.

Das Frühstück und das Internet waren hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings war der Zustand des Hotels für den Preis wirklich enttäuschend

Die Badewanne war undicht, sodass es weder beim Duschen noch beim Waschen des Gesichts warmes Wasser gab. Die Klobrille war beschädigt, und die Zimmertür befand sich in einem schlechten Zustand. Insgesamt fühlte man sich in diesem Zimmer nicht wirklich sicher.

Terrificante

La gentilezza della ragazza alla reception

La stanza e il bagno erano sporchi. Sono dovuta andare alla reception due volte per farmi accendere l'aria condizionata, che ovviamente non era regolabile. Le ciabatte erano, sporche, rotte e di due taglie diverse . Le tende non sono oscuranti ma trasparenti quindi sveglia dalle 4 del mattino. Capitolo colazione: bicchieri di plastica per il caffè americano pessimo, latte freddo, 2 pomodori e un formaggio immangiabile. Sono scesa a colazione alle 8 e 15 e già non c'era più nulla del poco. Zona stranissima per il parcheggio "privato" . Sembrerebbe pubblico e sotto una sorta di ex fabbrica dismessa. Quindi non ho dormito, non mi sono lavata e non ho fatto colazione

Bene ma da migliorare...

La posizione è centrale e il prezzo molto economico.

Il bagno della mia camera purtroppo emanava un cattivo odore. La cabina doccia era rotta e il soffione si è staccato. La colazione, dalle 8.00 alle 10.00, alle 9.00 non era rimasto più quasi niente e non hanno più portato nulla. La colazione è quasi tutta salata a parte la marmellata di fichi. Come bevande c'era solo un succo e latte freddo.

Ve městě je to vždy o kompromisu, všude je blízko, ale s parkováním je problém, jinak po vstupu do budovy vše jak má být, ochota, klid, pohodlí, vybavenost, chutná snídaně.
