Great location for a Ski trip, basic accommodation but it does the job. Host was very helpful.

The location is very good, a bus stop is located right outside the front of the property. Its about a 5 min walk to the Ski Lifts for Tignes and the lifts up to Val-d'Isère slopes. Parking across the road available outside (expect it to be ~20 euro per day or so, maybe free in the summer) we used the underground garage (around 10 minute walk) which is confusing, you need to remember to go to the machine after you take the ticket and validate how long you want to park for - otherwise there is a hefty fine. The host was very helpful being available on whatsapp to support us with questions about parking.

Not really the hosts fault but outside it seemed like there was a sewage leak or something, it smelled foul and you could see the snow had melted around it - again I'm not sure what was causing it but it was unpleasant to walk past.

Perfect Ski vacation

easy communication by Booking and Whatsapp, flexible check-in/out, only a few meters from ski lifts, bus stop, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. All kitchen utensils available. Nice balcony with view to the mountains.

apartment is not very good acoustic isolated, so sometimes we hear the neighbors. The shower is really narrow, but you get used to it, once you are able to pass through its door ;) in overall I would still come back here.

This was ideal.. we could cook ourselves if we needed to and everything we needed was there.. it was compact but slap in the centre by the bars and ski lift.. amazing

The property is fairly run down, the bunk bed is not mounted properly - you will topple it over while climbing on the upper bed if you weigh more than 60 kg. The cleanliness (especially in the shower - see pics) is far from perfect.

Great location, great views. Very warm accommodation.

Coffee maker had used, wet coffee grounds in it and didn't work properly even after we tried cleaning it out. It was very difficult to find the agency to collect keys and pay for linen.

The location of the appartment is very cool, close to 3 ski lifts and a food shop. The price/quality ratio is quite fair.

Some problems with organisation and communication (short and exact information about keys, service etc. could be given via booking.com messenger/ extra pricing for service could be withdrawn through booking.com in advance).

В плане цены очень бюджетно относительно других предложений. В квартире есть всё для проживания и приготовления еды. Прямо рядом можно взять напрокат лыжную амуницию.

Неприятный запах в здании, где квартира. Постоянно ломалась лестница на двухъярусной кровати, что не безопасно. Довольно грязновато, явно надо сделать генеральную уборку. Довольно маленькая кабина душа.

La ubicación es muy buena para esquiar. El apartamento es muy práctico. El autobús para justo debajo para bajar a Le Lac. Está cerca el supermercado. El baño está bien y el apartamento está limpio. La cocina está equipada.

El sofá está debajo de la tele. Las camas podrían ser mejores. Si el niño se movía en la litera superior, el que duerme en la inferior se mueve mucho. No quise dormir en el sofá por comentarios de ruido exterior. Me tuve que comprar papel de cocina, gel de ducha y champú.

Un petit studio avec tout ce qu'il faut dedans pour passer un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Le studio est à 150m à peu près de la première remontée mécanique et à 100m du parking le plus proche. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable pour la localisation, les commerces et les restaurants à proximité.

Le seul point noir était l'absence de lave linge qu'on peut comprendre car pas assez de place pour en mettre un. Ainsi qu'un peu de poussière sous le canapé une fois le lit tiroir enlevé du dessous de celui-ci et la même chose pour le lit superposé avec le tiroir de rangement enlevé du dessous nous avons donc passer un coup d'aspirateur pour les futurs vacanciers.

Catastrophique, A fuir !

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé l’eau croupie et sale des précédentes dans un sceau, des toilettes sales, des ongles coupés en bordure de lavabo dans la salle de bain, les poubelles de cuisine et salle de bain pleines, les sur matelas sales… à fuir ! L’excuse ? « La femme de ménage n’est pas encore arrivée sur la station ». Le propriétaire propose une compensation financière mais finalement après notre séjour, refuse de la donner !

Wil je niet te duur "hoog" slapen in de zomer voor doorreis langs Val d'Iser, grijp je kans

Voor 1 overnachting is het wel te doen om even in een studio te zitten, zonder handdoeken of bed overtrek, Even vergeten dat deze niet voorzien waren bij zo'n studio. We hebben i.i.g. niet te duur kunnen slapen in een "slapend" skidorp in de zomer. Gelukkig dat er nog 1 of 2 eettentjes open waren.

Het viel eigenlijk niet tegen, maar door onze fout was er geen beddengoed en handdoeken voorzien. Eigenaar gaf aan om het netjes achter te laten, maar je kon zien dat er met "Franse slag" schoon was gemaakt. We lieten het netter achter als we het aantroffen. En niet te vergeten welk gebouw het moest zijn. Tijdens bellen met de eigenaar konden we de accommodatie vinden en hoe we binnen moesten komen.
