Great location. Easy to access ski lifts, as well as public transport and supermarket.
Balcony and Mountain View was a bonus.
Ski locker was also useful.
Did not receive response from staff to messages before arrival in Tignes. Once in Tignes call was not answered.
I don’t think the unit was well cleaned before our arrival. No microwave was available, even though listed as facility.

Great apartment. Very well appointed and superb location So close to the pistes the supermarket bars etc. Modern comfortable and well designed facilities A large balcony looking onto the piste to enjoy a beer!

Perfect location in Val Claret extremely close to the lifts, and also with the Sherpa supermarket directly opposite. We were given a comprehensive explanation of everything on arrival by Corrine, and generally had everything we needed in the flat, which is very pleasant and well lit.
The day prior to arrival we were asked to access a non-booking.com platform and upload a selfie taken whilst holding the card used to pay for the booking (although we were told that we could hide all but the last 4 digits of the card number). We were told this was in order to prevent fraud but it did come as a surprise and led us to wonder if we were ourselves falling victim to some sort of fraud. I must say that when contacted about this Kélian was reassuring and happy to proceed without the selfie and so everything was fine. But I do therefore wonder whether this practice is necessary or is just a potential source of stress for guests.
Another minor point was that there was only one very small chopping board.
Overall a great stay and I would certainly book again.

We really liked the location and the apartment was well equipped and was an ingenious use of a small space. The wifi, the shower, the hot water and the inclusion of raclette machine and dishwasher tablets were all great.
There was a miscommunication around gaining access to the apartment on arrival. We had put our arrival time on the booking form but this was apparently not communicated to Corinne, so that could have been better, but it was not too much of an issue. The ski locker was a little small so we could not store our boots there, and we could have had more space to dry clothing.
