Amazing Umbria and Tuscany

Paolo is so helpful and great host. He gave us a lot of tips for trips. The peaceful environment was amazing.you are surrounded by nature and peace. The good point for our motorbike's trips - Assisi, Pitigliano, Sorano, Orvieto, Villa Lante, Civita di Bagnoregio, Porto Santo Stefano, Santuario Etrusco Romano, Saturnia and winding roads of Tuscany and Umbria. A glorious relaxing oasis in the hills of Umbria.

The house was comfortable,clean,bright and airy, and the garden lovely and lush. The pool was clean with fantastic views across the hills and countryside of Umbria. Our hosts Paolo and Rosella were a delight with nothing being too much trouble.They even took us to an old market town as their guests for some shopping and to show us the historical sights, a fabulous day.

Paolo is a great and a very friendly host. He was very helpful and welcoming. He also makes his own and delicious olive oil, of the olive trees in the garden. the pool is very nice with a beautiful view of the landscape. the apartment itself was very clean and had everything that you needed for a few days.

Apartment with the best owner and prettiest views.

Paolo is the best host we could’ve wished for. He’s very sympathetic and came to have a chat with his guests every day when they saw each other. He recommended us some nice trips. The location is amazing, the view is beautiful. We have really enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The kitchen is a little bit outdated. The fridge sometimes had a hard time getting cold, but maybe that was due to the extremely hot weather. We didn’t mention this to the owner as it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Consigliatissimo!

Il posto è bellissimo, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio, con vista panoramica a 360° sulle dolci colline umbre. La sistemazione è accogliente, pulitissima e offre la possibilità di fare barbecue, riscaldarsi col camino (legna sempre fornita in quantità dai proprietari). I proprietari sono persone cordiali, simpatiche e disponibili. Sia come base per turismo nelle vicine città d'arte, sia per risiedere in loco per un periodo di stacco e tranquillità, è consigliatissimo. Adatto sia a bambini che ad animali da compagnia, essendo l'area completamente recintata; uno potenziale "pericolo" d'estate, quando è aperta, potrebbe essere la piscina.

Nulla da eccepire; forse la quantità di fornitura per la prima colazione (si dichiara "prima colazione inclusa") è insufficiente per il numero delle persone ed i giorni di permanenza, ma vicino c'è la possibilità di fare acquisti autonomamente. L'unica nota "stonata", essendoci stato d'inverno ed essendo la location sulla cima di una collinetta esposta, è l'esposizione al vento freddo, abbastanza frequente anche nelle giornate soleggiate; ma questo ovviamente è l'altra faccia della medaglia di stare in un posto logisticamente bello. D'estate deve essere fantastico e fresco, in compenso: probabilmente ci torneremo col caldo! 😉

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen , Durchatmen und Entspannen.Mitten in den grünen Hügeln Umbrien's, mit Ruhe, Natur und Behaglichkeit.Wer das Besondere sucht wird sich in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Landhaus sehr wohl fühlen. Paolo ist ein sehr höflicher und angenehmer Gastgeber, nie aufdringlich, immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr viele gute Tipps für Erkundungen und Ausflüge von ihm bekommen. Es gibt im Umland gute Möglichkeiten um die wunderbaren Erzeugnisse dieser schönen Gegend einzukaufen.Olivenöl,Käse, Pasta muss man unbedingt mit nach Hause nehmen.Alles in allem,ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt,wir wären nur gerne viel länger geblieben!

Assolutamente consigliato se ci si vuole rilassare e godere dell’essenza dell’Umbria.

La struttura è molto bella,con una piscina in una posizione panoramica ,ci si può godere l’essenza dell’Umbria,bellezza e tranquillità fuse insieme in un che di magico.I proprietari discreti ma sempre presenti,premurosi ed accoglienti.Noi abbiamo un piccolo cagnolino che si è trovato alla grande,al mattino facevamo una bella passeggiata nella strada bianca che porta all’agriturismo…una meraviglia 🤩 L’appartamento Olmo in cui alloggiavamo era ben arieggiato affacciando sia ad est che ad Ovest,dotato di un bel balcone con Barbecue,due sdraio,un bel tavolino in cui poter cenare alla sera e per la colazione nella credenza abbiamo trovato il necessario per i primi giorni anche se non era inclusa,biancheria anche per la cucina,lenzuola,asciugamani.Non mancava nulla.

Die Lage des Landhauses mit Blick auf einen Olivenhain und die weite umbrische Hügellandschaft ist traumhaft schön. Am Pool ist der Panoramablick ebenfalls einzigartig. Die Hausherren, Herr u. Frau Rigoni sind überaus herzlich und erkundigen sich täglich, ob es an etwas fehlt. Gastfreundschaft erfährt auch ein kleiner Fuchs, welcher sich jeden Morgen bei Familie Rigoni ein Frühstück in Form von Katzenfutter abholt. All das macht den Aufenthalt so unvergessen. Ein Urlaub, fernab von Lärm, Hast u. Hektik. Natur pur, mit 100 % Erholungsfaktor.
