Lovely 44 sq.m. flat with fully-equipped bathroom for 3-4 people with swimming pool, garden, parking space and outdoor areas, located on a beautiful BIO farm that occupies an entire 30-hectare hillside on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, a stone's throw from Città della Pieve and Orvieto, in the land of the mysterious Etruscan civilisation. An oasis of peace, silence and relaxation, where you can resume an almost forgotten dialogue with nature, with yourself. A place, an experience, a thousand emotions to remember that "we are made of the same substance of which dreams are made". The Cornieto Organic Farm is a farm within the S.T.I.N.A. Park that has been cultivating its land for more than 30 years with organic and natural systems, producing organic spelt and an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monovarietal Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo. The property is located in the municipality of Monteleone d'Orvieto halfway between Rome and Florence, at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level on the beautiful Umbrian hills; it is surrounded by woods, olive groves, vineyards, ancient castles and the medieval villages of Città della Pieve, Panicale, Paciano, Parrano, Montegabbione, Montegiove and Castel di Fiori. Lakes Trasimeno, Bolsena and Chiusi and cities of art such as Orvieto, Perugia, Florence, Assisi, Todi, Rome and Siena are within easy reach. The Casale is divided into spacious and comfortable flats with garden, furnished with taste and care to create an intimate, family environment. The stay is made even more pleasant and relaxing thanks to the large swimming pool with canopy, gazebo, sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and lawn with a panoramic view over the Val di Chiana and RESERVED AREAS for the entire holiday both in the garden and in the barbecue area and in the solarium in the POOL designed to give guests maximum privacy and security. In addition, inside the farmhouse, next to the wine cellar dug out of the tufa rock, there is a tasting room for our own production of organic monovarietal olive oil. Products from the organic vegetable garden are available.
