Optimal for a solo trip, cheap and practical. Has all you need.

Very budget friendly and very centrally located. Getting the room also worked very smoothly and the room met my expectations. Didn't use the kitchenette but it definitely feels like a little studio apartment if one ever wants to have some rest near the sea. Bed was surprisingly comfy too despite the small pillows.

No big complaints, being so central of course means some street noise and the room was very compact. I didn't get one of the rooms with a hot tub but if I had that this would've have been a tad bit better.

Not great, but convenient for a short stay

The location. Probably the real plus of this accommodation.

It is a real tiny room with a kitchenette corner. Poorly working WiFi. Also, the terrace is in a bad condition. Quite loud at night, as there are beer bars opposite the building.

Not very good for the money.

The location - right in the centre of town and 5 minutes from shops, public transport, entertainment and having a fantastic view - is excellent. The entry code and code for the key box were well and promptly communicated.

For a three-week stay, there were only two very worn towels, only two rolls of toilet paper, only two coffee capsules, only enough covers and tableware for one person and only one dishtowel. The cleaning personnel never offered to take care of my room, but they started the washing machines at 6am and it was impossible to get the shower to run at a comfortable temperature without its reverting to freezing or scalding in a couple of minutes. The floor wasn't clean.

Nothing major - apartment is on third floor and there is no lift, some noise from bars downstairs but that is to be expected in a big city! Need to pay for street parking between 9am and 5.30pm

Great for couple who wants a jacuzzi with a reasonable price and privacy!

Everything! The place with jacuzzi was amazing! A little for us to use it while we stayed for the night! The parking was easily available on the streets for free! Just keep in mind of paying the parking spot from 9-10am as the check out is by 10am and the city is actively citing people for unpaid parking which we noticed.

The street has active late night bars which some couple or stayovers may love it but for us we dont drink so it kinda disturbed our night specially with people's conversations on the steets.

Volcano vibes

The communucation with stuff (via booking) was very good, kind and informative. The location is very convinient. 20 min on foot to Gares and right behind the Volcano. The walls are thin which made me (traveling solo) feel safe to hear someone talking on the phone in the app next to mine.

It would be great if the bathroom sink was clean like everything else was.

Excellent location (station and beach within 15 minutes on foot), mini kitchen and everything you need, easy to get and return keys, balcony with a view of the city center

The biggest downside for me was the noise from the nearby bars until 2am. Earplugs are required. Consider this moment when choosing accommodation

the location was amazing! everything was quite near ! A supermarket was just around the corner!

the bed was unbearably squeaky.. there was no hand towel and no hand soap… a very small amount of cutlery… The walls are too thin, so it was really hard to sleep because of the noise in other rooms.

The studios are located next to a square with bars and terraces and the rooms are not sound-proof. So, you will.hear the noise coming from the bars and people shouting as long as bars are open (2 am at least!)

Good location for a short stay if you are alone

Super clean, like brand new, great location, functional kitchen, one could stay here for a week or so, if necessary. Balcony. A small amount of tea & coffee and a madeleine were provided, which was a nice touch. Fast wifi. Easy check-in and out. The area is great!

Noise from the bar downstairs but not as bad as the reviews suggest. The mattress was firm! Rooms are small but ok for one person. The info on Booking is a bit confusing: this is a former hotel that is being transformed into studios. What you reserve is one single room, of which there are 10 or so (not 4). It would be good if there were double rooms but there are none yet.

Underground parking was super safe but at a cost, I didn't mind paying it for good security. Studio very basically equipped & smaller than I thought but it was comfortable and had everything I needed

The location is great, but the bars below prevent opening the windows because the noise level is too great.

The room was small and minimally equipped. The shower room and toilet were plumbed in with little planning and exposed plastic pipework. The bedding was well used, and if it was mine would have been disposed of long ago.

OK for one night only if you don't find other option

Well located, near market, parking, restaurants and bars. You can get a nice view in the morning when you see the sun rising. Near the Havre main monument, you can take a cool walk around this block.

It was not hard to find the building but there's poor signs so that you can notice easily. It was really difficult to get in touch and receive the keys, which was really bothering because it was too freezing to stay outside waiting for someone. Not sure about safety in the area and building access. I only stayed one night swifiting from cities.

Nice stay

Nicole was adorable and very welcoming! A very good emplacement, there are a lot of nearby restaurants and markets (Carrefour, Les Halles). Bed was comfortable, shower worked well.

It was a little bit noisy till late in the night because of some loud persons in nearby restaurants
