Please note: this unit is accessible via stairs only. This unit has 3 separate sleeping areas. The town assessor has to make a change to the county record. Please call us if you have any questions.
17 Vail Road Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village’s amenities. There is free WIFI & free covered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $275 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This two bedroom plus loft three bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

We had a lovely time. The location is fantastic and the apartment is spacious. The entrance to the apartment is a bit weird because there is no lobby. Would rent again.

Cannot beat this location. The pics actually don’t do it justice. Property was more spacious than what I expected. We are already talking about rebooking ASAP for ski season. Highly recommend property and management team.

Shower water temp in primary bedroom was cold for two days of our stay, sounds like management knew about it bc they simply told us to use upstairs shower!!! Also family room was always chilly baseboard heater never worked. Also, room with twin beds was very weird configuration. Twin beds were not comfortable to sleep at all
