We had a comfortable stay, with ample space and a well equipped kitchen. Internally was clean & tidy. The laundry facility was appreciated as we were travelling. It is a quiet rural location at the end of the road, just follow Google maps & you will get there, the road is quite narrow at end. Heating works well in the living area and main bedroom. Many birds in the garden.
Externally the property is a bit tired and needs some love. the outdoor setting was dirty and the chairs broken. Pavers are a bit uneven in places. Surrounds just need a tidy up. It appears the property is on tank water, but there is no information to advise such, if so, it should be in the advertising. There was a bit of a delay in where to access the key, but we found it. The property has lots of potential, just lacks a bit of finesse.

The location was peaceful, lovely, and quiet.
The property needs revamping. Needs new glassware dinner sets and cutlery knives that cut would be useful. Investment in towels that are thick rather than thin, tired looking would be good.. Some maintenance around the kitchen to repair laminate that's falling off. Skirting boards need painting and upstairs carpet needs replacing. The matteress and bed squeak. The property needs some work to bring it up to standard.
