The grounds were quiet and the general feel very pleasant.
Apart from a microwave no cooking facilities in the room. (on more careful reading of facilities listed for the room, only a microwave was mentioned, Hence I expected a good camp kitchen) There were plenty of utensils, crockery etc but had to go to the Camp kitchen. But the camp kitchen was of a very poor standard. Looked and felt like it was in the "shed". No room, little bench space. The microwave there was on a board over the sink. The electrical plugs couldn't be reached so a trail of extension cords and double adaptors snaked around the area. I didn't feel it was safe to use the appliances.
In the room itself the floor boards were chipped and parts were missing on the floor (ie there were gaps)
