The room was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Housekeeping came daily, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Although the room was small, it was comfortable, with its own private bathroom and a large window that provided plenty of natural light. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. We also appreciated having a place to store our luggage after check-out (at a nearby location), which was very convenient. The owner was very responsive and he kindly provided some snacks also in the common corridor.

It should be noted that the accommodation was set up more like individual rooms connected by a shared corridor and entrance, rather than separate private units. The walls were extremely thin, we could literally hear every conversation, movement, and noise from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, our room was simply a bedroom (with bathroom) with its own room door; there was no private front door or secure entrance with locks separating it from the common corridor.

Good room, very convenient location for visiting the sites of Naples with many good restaurants nearby. Room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels when required. Coffee machine and pastries were a definite bonus.

The room itself was clean and nice, the man who showed us to our room was very nice and helpful.

Had to pay to use the elevator. The entire place was very dirty with renovation equipment everywhere, except for our room. The cleaners came into our room unannounced before checkout time while we were getting dressed and ready which was very startling.
