La Font - Villas Trias

The villa itself is gorgeous with rustic charm! Great outdoor areas and the interior keeps cool due to the stone walls. Renovated room and bathroom are lovely. The array of outdoor seating areas was definitely the highlight!! 15min walk from a Lidl and not much further to the main town - although cars for big shops are recommended as the cabs are unreliable.

I wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap water. Nothing was disclosed by the property but we all fell unwell and suspected the water was the cause. The aircon in the upstairs single room was very mouldy too - releasing a vinegar smell… definitely could do with some more updated across the property but it was expected from the images so can’t complain!!

Superbe maison ancienne très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est magnifique hyper reposante. Drew et sa maman sont très réactif et agréable.

Rien tout était parfait pour nous

Casa molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio. Gentilissimi i padroni di casa, molto accoglienti e disponibili. In casa abbiamo fatto solo colazione, comunque la cucina sembra molto ben fornita e attrezzata. Grandi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno. Piscina non grandissima ma molto piacevole. Bellissima l'area relax e la zona esterna per mangiare. Volendo c'è anche il barbeque. Molto comoda la stanza attrezzata all'esterno della casa con lavandino e frigo per non dover andare avanti e indietro dalla cucina della casa. Letti comodi, aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Quattro camere da letto hanno il bagno in camera (1 moderno gli altri un po' datati), mentre una delle stanze matrimoniali al primo piano è sprovvista di bagno. Ulteriore bagno al piano terra che affaccia sulla sala. Struttura molto silenziosa In generale consigliatissima

Molte zanzare e non ci sono zanzariere nè alle finestre nè sopra i letti. Il materasso della piccola stanza al piano terra è abbastanza scomodo (gli altri invece vanno bene). 2 (o 3, non ricordo) letti matrimoniali sono alla francese. Avviso che le stanze principali sono tutte al primo piano e non adatte a chi ha problemi motori. Scale abbastanza pendenti. Non facile trovare la casa (su booking è indicato un indirizzo che non corrisponde al navigatore di Google Maps). L'auto è indispensabile La zona intorno è molto bella, ma per visitare altre zone di mare dell'isola è quasi sempre necessario fare almeno 1 ora di macchina.

Location is rural but close to amenities and the lovely town of Pollensa, so need a hire car. The hosts had though if everything possible to make the stay feel comfortable. It’s a very nice villa in the old finca / farmhouse style. Very spacious inside with a nice pool and cozy areas to relax. Great outdoor BBQ space with tables and sink etc.

All good from our perspective. One night an outdoor fuse blew so we contacted the agent and they had it remedied by 8.30 am.
