Lovely spacious villa in a very quiet leafy location close to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was excellent (and very warm!).
The gardens, pool and BBQ areas were all very well maintained.
The common areas were well equipped and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery.
The Aircon in the bedrooms was generally very good, however even in early June we found the kitchen and top floor shower room stiflingly hot at all times - those rooms really do need aircon to make the stay more comfortable.
Not the owner's fault, but we spent every evening outside on the patio and several members of the group suffered from numerous painful mosquito bites even though they had used insect repellents - we think this is a function of the low lying inland location which wasn't very breezy and the profusion of greenery and vegetation.

Die Finca ist wunderschön in einem etwas abgelegenen Quartier (zu fuss 30 Min in die Stadt). Für uns hat es sehr gepasst. Es hat viel Land, viel Sitzplätze ums Haus und das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal in dieser Vinca und sind einfach nur begeistert von der Lage, der Ausstattung sowie dem sofortigen Service bei Rückfragen. Die Vinca ist einfach nur ein Traum! Sie liegt sehr zentral zwischen Port de Pollenca und der Stadt Pollenca (20 Gehminuten) und bietet Supermärkte wie Lidl und Eroski in der Umgebung. David und seine Mutter sind tolle Eigentümer / Vermieter und sind sofort zur Stelle bei Rückfragen. Immer wieder gerne!
